Balavikas English Medium School successfully hosted a two-day taluk-level sports meet for primary and high school students aged 14-17. Organized in collaboration with the Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat School Education Department, Bantwal’s Block Education Office, and the Kalladka Zone Sports Committee, the event was inaugurated by Balavikas Trust President Prahlad Shetty J and praised by Bantwal Taluk Panchayat Executive Officer Sachin Kumar for its excellent organization.

With 680 athletes and 128 sports officials participating, the event featured a grand flag march, torch lighting by state-level athletes, and the introduction of digital certificates with student photos—an initiative that was highly commended
